Who are we
Holland Home Management ( HHM for short ) was established in 1998, by Marianne van der Heide. Before that, she worked for a TV production company as an editorial / production assistant, but after five years she started her own business. In the first twelve months the company acted as an accommodation intermediary for private individuals, but since then it has focused exclusively on the business market. In this line of work she benefits immensely from having lived in the States for a few years as an expat. These days, she has a team of people looking after her clients' personal desires and demands, operating from her Bussum office, in the centre of the Netherlands.

Holland Home Management offers a wide range of superbly located apartments and villas. We are constantly adding new houses to our files. The minimum lease term is six months.
We critically evaluate each house with regard to location, comfort and interior. We take our clients on a personal tour of several houses which we have previously selected. HHM only selects pleasantly luxurious accommodations, semi-furnished or furnished. HHM will take care of all the necessary arrangements so our clients can live in comfort.


The procedure
After an initial interview, HHM will send you a list of all available apartments and villas.
A number of these will be selected for viewing. Once you have made your decision, you will receive a confirmation in writing, followed by a contract specifying general terms and conditions. After your first payment you will receive your house keys. On the day that you move into your new home, one of our assistants will accompany you. He or she will tour the building and grounds with you and fill out a detailed inspection checklist, so you will never have to deal with any unpleasant surprises.
